What You'll Do
- Own and lead their global social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Threads, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop content pillars and creative briefs in collaboration with their content, design, and marketing teams.
- Plan and manage the social calendar, ensuring it aligns with product launches, campaigns, events, and cultural moments.
- Write engaging copy and oversee the production of high-quality visuals and video content.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithms, and emerging channels to drive growth and relevance.
- Use analytics to measure performance, track KPIs, and report insights to leadership.
- Manage their community, ensuring timely responses and meaningful interactions.
- Lead on paid social strategy in collaboration with our media team.
- Support talent, founders, and brand partners with personal brand content and amplification.
What We're Looking For
