Are you an organised, proactive, and dynamic professional with a passion for entertainment and the creative industry? Impact is seeking an organised, passionate and driven Team Assistant with PA experience to support our client, a leading entertainment company!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to creative teams.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help organise and coordinate off-sites, team meetings and socials.
  • Support senior team members with travel arrangements and scheduling.
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks and support special projects as needed.
  • Ensure seamless operations and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Experience & Skills:
  • Previous experience supporting a team, ideally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.
  • PA experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic setting.
  • Ideally experience within entertainment or a global creative company.
