A leading organisation is seeking an enthusiastic degree educated temporary Junior Events Assistant to support the planning and delivery of a year-round programme of academic and specialist events. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in events coordination.
This role is hybrid with 2 days in the office in central London.
Responsibilities
- Manage event queries, guest lists, and invitations.
- Support event planning, logistics, and venue coordination.
- Assist with event delivery, including set-up and audience engagement.
- Conduct research and support event evaluation.
- Ensure events are accessible and inclusive.
What You Need
- Degree Educated
- 6 months office + or events experience
- Some experience in in-person event coordination.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and record-keeping.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.
