9 month FTC

I am partnering with an award winning Marketing Agency, who are looking for a driven, organised and super pro-active People Operations Coordinator to support the team on an initial FTC, which could lead to a permanent role. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who loves the HR processes to really make your mark.

You will be responsible for:

• Onboarding
• Offboarding
• Reporting and analytics
• Managing HR Inbox
• Freelancer administration
• Projects; Engagement survey, D&I, employment law research, benefits renewals

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months experience working in a People team, in an SME. You will be curious, keen to learn and want to get involved in as much as possible. If you are passionate about forging a career in HR, and want to work for a fast-paced agency, this could be the role for you. Media/creative industry experience preferred.
