5 month FTC - Immediate Start £55K - £65K

Monday – Thursday onsite – 4 day week

We are partnering with a thriving sports media agency to find them an interim Head of Workplace & Facilities for 4-5 months. You will be heading up all the offices in London, Gibraltar and Nigeria, managing the teams accordingly. Based in London, with a headcount of around 330, you will manage 2 fantastic Office Coordinators. Across Gibraltar and Nigeria, there are another 200 employees, both with retrospective Office Managers in the offices. Although this role is lighter touch in the global offices, we do require someone with some international experience, or at the very least multiple offices in the UK.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Overall management for the team
  • Ensure all locations follow department policies and procedures and responsible for updating these as and when required.
  • Manage and track the budgeting process for all locations, work alongside Finance for the budgeting process and track office and event spend for all offices monthly.
  • Lead on company culture and social events for the London office, also working alongside all other locations on the events and social calendars to ensure consistency across the company.
  • Contractor management for the London office
  • Member of the London leadership team and meet to discuss and review ways of working in the London office, continually looking for ways to improve the company culture.
  • Sustainability reporting
  • Travel bookings
  • Being a point of contact for the tenants in the building and addressing any issues that might arise.

We are looking for someone with great energy and a can-do approach. This role is very hands-on, so you need to be someone who isn’t afraid to get stuck in. You will have experience managing multiple offices and have a strong background within facilities and office management within an organisation of at least 300 people. You will be creative and love the events and culture side.
