Growth Performance Manager – Leading AI Tech company London – Hybrid working We are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful AI tech-first company in London who have grown fast and built a product that users love. They are now ready to level up their growth engine are looking for a specialist to lead on growth & performance. Design and execute full-funnel performance marketing campaigns (acquisition, conversion, retention) across paid and organic channels Scale and optimise paid acquisition (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, affiliates, etc.) Use data analytics, A/B testing, and attribution modelling to improve ROI. Collaborate with product, brand, content, and sales to align messaging and funnel stages Identify new growth opportunities (channels, tools, partnerships.) Own performance forecasting and budget allocation, reporting directly to the Head of Growth 6+ years experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally at a fast-scaling tech start-up or digital-first business ~ Proven track record of driving growth and managing large-scale digital campaigns with strong ROI ~ Proficient with data tools (Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, SQL a bonus) and marketing platforms ~ Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment where priorities shift and impact is immediate ~ Competitive salary + stock options Flexible hybrid working model (2-3 days/week in our London HQ)
