Executive Assistant, Leadership Office

EA and OM £45K – £50K
12 month FTC – Starting End of June/July 2025 – Handover is essential
50% hybrid working

We are partnering with a media governing body, who are looking for a superstar EA to cover maternity for 12 months. You will be responsible for the office in a team of 40, so organising meeting rooms, weekly shop and generally dealing with any issues that arise. The team are all very collaborative and quite self-sufficient but someone who doesn’t mind helping out is essential.

You will work with the People Partner, supporting with HR Administration – onboarding, offboarding, company inductions and team lunches. We are looking for someone with solid EA experience, working for a small-medium company.
