We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to support an prestigious education and arts organisation in delivering a series of high-profile flagship events. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role, ensuring that the events are executed to the highest standards and provide an exceptional audience experience. About the Role The successful candidate will work closely with content leads, suppliers, and stakeholders to manage all aspects of event planning, execution, and post-event evaluation. With flexibility to manage their time, the coordinator must also be present on event days to ensure smooth delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develop and monitor event project plans. Manage invitations, guest lists, and RSVPs. Liaise with catering, facilities, and AV teams. Collaborate with content leads on choreography and agendas.
