We are partnering with a small, thriving Consultancy that specialise in supporting the creative industries grow, develop and create. As the EA you will support 6 Partners with their ever changing, hectic diaries – so strong diary management is essential! You will support the partners with their day to day needs, organising travel, logistics, expenses, client entertainment and research for meetings.

As well as the EA element, you will look after the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and everyone has what they need to flourish. Stationary, drinks, sugary treats! The EA will also manage the LinkedIn posts, podcast logistics and use the CRM to distribute the monthly newsletter.

The role will also involve organising the team socials and being a Culture champion within the office. We are looking for someone with a warm and friendly persona, who can be the conduit between clients and partners. As the clients are all within the media and creative space, we are looking for someone with creative industry experience within a small team.
