Head of Growth / Growth Director – AI Tech-enhanced start-up

We are working with a AI Tech company who are reimagining the future of creativity. This creative tech company has pioneering tools and platforms that empower creators, brands, and storytellers to unlock their full potential. They are looking for a Head of Growth / Growth Director to architect and scale their next phase of customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

This role involves:

• Setting and executing the company-wide growth strategy, collaborating closely with product, brand, and leadership teams.
• Leading and scaling performance marketing across paid social, paid search, video, programmatic, and emerging channels
• Owning the full marketing funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue
• Building and leading a high-performing growth team (media, SEO, lifecycle, ops, analytics)
• Championing a test-and-learn culture rooted in data, experimentation, and fast iteration
• Shaping their market positioning by combining insights from user data, industry trends, and creative storytelling
• Owning forecasting, budgeting, and KPIs for growth performance

Experience needed:

• 8+ years in growth leadership roles at creative tech, SaaS, or product-led companies
• Proven experience in building scalable, multi-channel growth engines that deliver results
• Deep understanding of performance marketing, funnel optimisation, customer acquisition, and retention
• A strategic thinker who’s also happy to roll up your sleeves and operate hands-on
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business decisions
• A love for creativity and innovation—and a drive to shape what\’s next in the industry
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and working closely with founders, product, and creative
