New Business Development Executive 5 days/week in our North London studio. Immediate start. Our client is a fast-growing digital production studio creating bold, high-impact content for some of the world’s most exciting brands. They are looking for a driven, confident New Business Development Executive to help take them to the next level.

This is a creative sales role focused on bringing in new clients, opening doors, and helping shape standout pitches with their Production and Creative teams. You’ll play a key role in driving growth and building strong, lasting relationships with brand and agency partners.

  • Lead outreach across email, calls, and social
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Keep the CRM up to date and share key insights with the team

Proven experience in business development within a creative or content-led environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Solid understanding of digital, content, and marketing landscapes. Familiarity with CRM tools like Apollo or Monday. Creative, fast-paced studio culture. Real opportunities to grow.
