Our client, a global entertainment powerhouse with millions of members in over 190 countries, is looking for an Account Manager to join their growing Ads team. This contract role will manage the full lifecycle of ad campaigns, collaborating closely with sales partners and account managers. The Account Manager will handle RFP responses, media plan creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking, ensuring smooth delivery and top-tier client service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee ad campaign performance and work with clients on optimisation
- Handle reporting for current campaigns.
- Work with Ad Ops on any technical issues.
- Provide clients with performance updates and post-campaign reports.
- Collaborate with Agency Sales and Account Managers to meet client goals.
- Work with teams on custom creative assets.
- Stay updated on ad products, targeting, and policies.
- Assist with billing and invoicing.
- Build strong relationships with clients and agency partners.
We’re Looking For:
- 2-4 years in Account Management, coordination, or Sales Planning in digital media, especially video ads
- Fluent in English and local market language
- Experience with Sales Ops systems (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers)
- Knowledge of digital media sales (Direct IO, Programmatic, PMP)
- Strong communication, analytical, and strategic skills
- Familiarity with ad measurement tools (Nielsen, ComScore, Integral Ad Science, etc.)
