Marketing & New Business Executive (creative agency)
£35 - £45k
Hybrid 3 office days/week
We’re working with an industry-leading creative agency, specialising in brand experiences in youth and culture. This is a 50/50 split role supporting their Growth and Marketing teams, with a focus on generating opportunities, elevating brand presence, and delivering high-quality content and campaigns.
Success in this role will be:
- A steady stream of new clients, projects and commercial opportunities
- Strong, consistent brand presence that reflects each agency’s values
- High engagement from clients, audiences and internal teams
With an eye on growth strategies, you’ll be running multi-channel lead generation campaigns alongside new business leads. You’ll be creating marketing and sales assets such as newsletters, nurture campaigns and outreach tools, and assisting with events, webinars, thought-leadership sessions and networking activations.
We’ll need to see experience of managing website updates, executing SEO initiatives, analysing data, and sharing insights to refine strategy. You should also have experience in creating engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
The working pattern is Tues, Wed and Thursday in the office. Comprehensive benefits package and career progression opportunities.
