Senior Marketing Manager – Temporary Contract

Location: London (hybrid)

Start Date: December to 31 March, with the potential to extend up to 6 months.

Impact are working with a well-established creative entertainment company who are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for their theatre slate on a temporary basis.

This role offers the chance to support high-profile theatre campaigns and help bring engaging stories to diverse audiences.

Role Overview

You’ll support multi-channel marketing campaigns across the client’s theatre slate, working closely with the Head of Communications.

This role suits someone deeply familiar with theatre and entertainment marketing, with a strong track record of delivering inventive campaigns that drive awareness and ticket sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Help plan and run marketing campaigns across multiple channels – keep track of timelines, assets, approvals, and key deadlines, making sure everything meets brand and legal standards.
• Be the main point of contact for internal teams (Creative, Comms, Producing, Legal) and manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and producers.
• Brief and oversee the creation of marketing materials (digital, print, social) – make sure all content is consistent in tone and style, and review partner deliverables before they go live.
• Monitor campaign performance, support post-campaign reviews, and keep accurate records to help with reporting and planning.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in marketing or account management
• Experience delivering cross-functional campaigns in the theatre or entertainment industry
• Strong organisational and project-management skills across multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder-facing experience
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Solid understanding of brand management principles
