We’re partnering with a highly respected B2B Publishing House to hire a dynamic Head of Sales to lead commercial growth across one of their flagship titles. With an established presence in both the UK and worldwide, this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales person to take ownership of an existing revenue stream and shape a global sales strategy.

The Role

  • Lead and grow a high-performing sales function, including overseeing a small team.
  • Own and close high-value deals, predominantly across FMCG, including key existing clients.
  • Sell across a broad portfolio — Print, Digital, Events, Direct Mail and CRM.
  • Work closely with major agency partners.
  • Shape and execute the commercial strategy while contributing to global sales expansion.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in senior sales — ideally within media, but we’re open to industry backgrounds.
  • A strong commercial mindset with confidence in client entertainment and relationship building.
  • A collaborative approach, working seamlessly with marketing and social media teams.
  • Comfortable with a mix of cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) and leveraging warm networks.

Commission & Package

  • 10% commission on new business
  • 5% on existing business
  • Uncapped earning potential
  • Head of Sales eligible for both personal and team-related commission
  • £50k+ base salary (DOE)
  • Reports directly to the Director
