Creative Assistant / Team Admin | Impact Recruitment Group
We are hiring for a London‑based creative studio working with clients around the world on diverse projects and campaigns. We’re looking for a motivated Creative Assistant / Team Admin who can support the studio’s day‑to‑day operations while also contributing creatively. As well as being operationally excellent, you will have strong Adobe Creative Suite skills – Photoshop, Procreate or similar – and experience with Premiere, After Effects or any project management tools.

Responsibilities
- Team Assistant: Organising and preparing for meetings – you’ll love research and going the extra mile with prep; managing calendars and internal project timelines; booking travel.
- Creative Admin: Researching and developing early‑stage ideas; creating assets such as sketches, renders, and mood boards.
- Social media responsibilities: Scheduling content for socials; creating eye‑catching content.
What You Bring
- Experience as an assistant within media, marketing, or creative industries. This is a junior role, suited for someone with some previous office experience.
- Organised, proactive, collaborative approach.
- Passion for the creative world.
- Ability to adapt and prioritise within a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to learn.
