Receptionist for a Creative Wellness Studio β Location: Birmingham Studio (onsite). Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 1.30pm β 9.30pm with flexibility to increase hours as and when.
You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, creating a warm, welcoming experience while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a role for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service and enjoys variety in daily tasks within a community, wellbeing, or lifestyle space.
Responsibilities- Greet all members and visitors with a professional, friendly attitude
- Manage class bookings, check-ins, and cancellations efficiently
- Respond to member inquiries via email, in person, and social media
- Process payments and manage billing queries
- Troubleshoot account issues or escalate where needed
- Coordinate with external services (cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
- Monitor and replenish essential stock and merchandise
- Help maintain a safe and organised studio environment
- Experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or hospitality role
- A confident communicator with a calm, friendly presence
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to multitask
- Flexible and willing to support occasional weekend events
- Passion for wellness, fitness, or creative industries is a bonus
- Able to work afternoon to evening shifts (1:30 pmβ9:30 pm)
This role is onsite in Birmingham. Pay ranges and other postings are provided by the employer; actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
