Guy’s & St Thomas’ Charity is seeking an Individual Giving Lead (Acquisition) to drive prize‑led donor acquisition campaigns, growing supporter value and engagement. You will oversee multi‑channel activity across online and offline channels, using data and testing to optimise performance, while ensuring compliance with Fundraising Regulator codes and GDPR.
You’ll lead collaborations with internal teams and external partners, manage budgets, and report on KPI performance to deliver strong results.
