The Opportunity:
Working as a Sales Order Processor within an established team
Offering all types of support to the sales team within the business
Handling all customer queries
Process customer orders, chase orders, chase deliveries and keep the client up to date
Arranging the collection of unwanted/ damaged goods after delivery
Dealing directly with customers agreeing and managing all expectations
The Successful Candidate:
Any form of administration experience is required for this role
Switched on! Able to manage a high volume of after sales calls
Ability to multi task
Any phone based experience is considered! The role is very telephone focussed
You must have great attention xgikmsk to detail, be confident and possess a can do mentality
