The Opportunity:
Working as an After Sales Administrator within an established team
Offering all types of support to the sales team within the business
Managing all of the after sales enquiries from customers
Managing a huge number of after sales calls from clients, solving problems and resolving all issues
Organising quotations, checking stock, chasing orders and many other tasks
Being part of an established, super busy team!
Exposure to many different aspects within the business and lots of departments
The Successful Candidate:
Any form of administration experience is required for this role
Switched on! Able to manage a high volume of after sales calls
Problem solving skills! xsabvtc This is essential! Manage the call, find the solution to after sales department
You will have excellent communication skills along with excellent organisation skills
The ability to prioritise tasks will be key to the success in this position
