The Opportunity:
- We are looking to expand our team and add a dedicated Recruitment Consultant.
- You will be managing a vast database of existing candidates as well as working with an established client base.
- The role will include interviewing candidates, discussing their requirements and talking through relevant job roles and managing the interview process.
- The opportunity to generate new business with brand new clients is also a key attribute for this role.
- A huge majority of your time will be spent on the telephone engaging with people and clients all over the UK.
- The role is based in an office Monday to Friday (8am-5.30 M-T and 8am-3pm F).
What we look for:
- Excellent communicator with impeccable relationship building skills.
- Established sales skills, telephone based in any field or industry; however, preference is given to those within a recruitment or similar field.
- A hunger to earn money.
- Super dynamic and outgoing attitude.
