The Opportunity: As a Customer Services Executive, you will be responsible for managing the company’s extensive client base. The majority of your day will be managing all incoming calls to the business. You will deal directly with clients over the phone resolving any technical/customer issue and resolving them. The business sells their products to a variety of manufacturers across the UK, therefore your role will be varied from day to day and may include some introductions of new products although this is NOT a sales role. Part of your role will include add-on sales and up-selling different products; however, this is not a pro-active sales role.
The Successful Candidate:
- Excellent Customer Services skills
- Any technical experience would be beneficial, either mechanical, industrial or electrical; however, full training is offered
- Analytical mind, able to resolve issues in a calm manner
- Someone confident, outgoing and a solid problem solver
- Excellent communication skills and able to multitask and prioritise workloads
- Stable work experience essential!
