The Opportunity: Working as a part time administrator/ After Sales/ Customer care coordinator within an established team. This is a part time opportunity working 10-2 Monday to Friday. Offering all types of support to the customers after a sale has been made. Organising quotations, checking stock, chasing orders and many other tasks. Being part of an established, super busy team, supporting a team of at least 6 sales advisors at any one time on a part time basis. Exposure to many different aspects within the business and lots of departments; however, the main focus is all about customer care.
The Successful Candidate: Any form of administration/ customer care/ after sales experience is required for this role. Ideally within the manufacturing industry, you will be used to managing high levels of activity, specifically within the kitchen, bathroom sales/ design arena. The role is part time and the hours can suit around busy family demands. Previous experience working in sales in a showroom but looking to move away from sales to customer care/ after sales. You will have excellent communication skills along with excellent organisation skills. The ability to prioritise tasks will be key to the success in this position. You need to be dynamic, someone that enjoys working as part of a team but can equally work on own initiative.
