The Opportunity: As a Revit Technician/ BIM Coordinator you will be working hands on creating technical, high end bespoke joinery projects. You will work closely with the design managers, architects and designers. The projects you will work on will include kitchens, wardrobes, panelling, doors, office fit out and all other bespoke joinery projects. As Revit Technician/ BIM coordinator, you will manage the project from conception to completion, including the installation. Your role will be multi-faceted and will include the development of internal systems and drawing packages; however, strong REVIT skills are essential. The role will be Monday to Friday 9-5.30 and will be office based! The opportunity for hybrid will exist after your first initial 3 months employment.
The Successful Candidate: Revit Technician/ BIM coordinator role is of utmost importance! You will possess excellent REVIT skills. If you have some BIM experience, this is perfect; however, you do not need to be an expert! An element of joinery experience is also required; however, this can be any joinery! Kitchens, furniture, bedroom furniture, fit out, wardrobes etc., anything along these lines is considered. The Revit Technician should have a good understanding of technical drawings. Experience with Navisworks, Revizto, Aconex, Asite or ACC is advantageous. Excellent organisational, problem solving and attention to detail skills are essential.
