The Opportunity: Working as an IT Support engineer, you will be providing 1st and 2nd line support to a diverse network of existing clients. You will be the ‘voice’ of the business, the first port of call to numerous long-standing clients, so the need to be clear, concise and upholding the company’s values is essential. As the IT Support Engineer, you will be providing support over the phone, by email, remote session and onsite as required. Working with the company’s internal systems, you will log and update all support tickets in a timely manner, ensuring all SLA’s are met. The IT Support engineer will respond to reactive needs; however, being proactive will be a key skill needed. You will work on the setup/repair of computers and peripherals as well as rebuild existing installations.
