Impact Multi Academy Trust in Beckenham, Kent, is seeking a Deputy HR Manager to join our central team. You will provide operational and strategic HR advice to the school HR leads and Headteachers.
The role requires a strong generalist HR background, a sound understanding of employment law, and knowledge of Teachers' Pay and Conditions and NJC terms. CIPD qualification is preferred, with experience leading recruitment, casework, reorganisation and TUPE.
