Experienced Plumber Multi Traders required with additional trades such as basic carpentry & electrics, patch plastering, tiling skills. The work we do is in social housing doing reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.
The job requires work and travel in the North West London area (Barnet, Camden, Wembley, Westminster, Harrow, Ealing, Hounslow, Hammersmith). Properties for this well-known Housing Association are across all of these areas so there will be regular travel as a requirement of the job.
The role is to carry out property repairs and maintenance works in social housing, working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job.
