This is a varied role where you'll support colleagues across the organisation, help keep records and systems up to date, organise routine tasks and make sure important information is easy to find.

  • Helping coordinate routine health and safety checks and following up on outstanding tasks.
  • Supporting basic IT and equipment administration, including mobile phones and equipment records.
  • Gathering information and documents needed for contracts and compliance checks.
  • Helping with bookings, enquiries and general office administration.
  • Providing administrative support to colleagues and the Board of Trustees.
  • About Impact Initiatives

Impact Initiatives has been supporting people across Sussex since 1978.

  • Has some experience of general administration or similar work.

Why join Impact?

You'll be part of a friendly, supportive Central Team, working with colleagues across a charity that makes a real difference to people's lives.

We offer a varied role where you can use your existing skills, learn new ones and take satisfaction in helping our services run smoothly.
