  • Deliver hands-on HR consultancy in line with client expectations, including casework, project delivery, and proactive support.
  • Balance consultancy work with regional management responsibilities, using your insight to improve local delivery.
  • Champion impact HR's quality standards in every client interaction, upholding our values and building long-term trusted relationships.
  • Ensure your own consultancy delivery is aligned with central tools, systems, and operational frameworks.

Process Improvement:

  • Apply national frameworks and tools created by the Director of HR Operations, sharing local feedback and insights to support ongoing improvement.
  • Monitor service delivery performance and highlight opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure consultants follow agreed templates, tools, and workflows consistently.
  • Escalate recurring process challenges and share regional insights to inform change.

Team & Administrative Support:

  • Provide day-to-day guidance, motivation, and oversight to consultants, ensuring they deliver high-quality service and have the tools they need to succeed.
  • Work closely with the central administration team to coordinate client support.
  • Provide regional reporting to the Director of HR Operations.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure consultants are well supported.
  • Work with counterparts in other regions to share best practices and align on processes.
  • Support the onboarding, induction, and development of new consultants and associates.
  • Get involved in cross-regional initiatives that enhance service consistency and team culture.

Business Development & Networking:

  • Support regional Business Development efforts to ensure operational readiness for new clients.
  • Represent impact HR at networking events and within your local business community.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with referral partners and key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to grow regional accounts or introduce new services.

Key Account Management & Client Relationships:

  • Act as the first point of contact for regional client queries and escalations, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and in line with group standards.
  • Take part in account planning and delivery reviews for high-profile or strategic clients.

Quality Assurance:

  • Champion quality assurance processes and standards across your region.
  • Lead audits and peer reviews of documentation, casework, and workflows.
  • Ensure national standards are applied while allowing for local flexibility.
  • Contribute insights and trends to the central QA process.

About You:
