The Mote Medical Practice has been at the heart of the South Maidstone community for over 40 years. Together, our team of Partners, Salaried GPs, nurses, receptionists and managers provide high-quality care to approximately 17,000 patients. We are proud to be a well‑organised, high‑performing practice with a Good CQC rating, excellent patient services, and a strong reputation for supporting and developing our staff.
About the Role
As an Apprentice Receptionist, you will be one of the first points of contact for our patients, helping to ensure they receive a professional, friendly and efficient service. Your duties will include:
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Booking and managing appointments
- Welcoming patients and checking them in for appointments
- Processing patient requests
- Supporting a variety of administrative tasks
- Working closely with clinicians and colleagues across the practice
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
