Summary
We are seeking a qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team in South Woodford. Located in a welcoming setting, this role is vital in supporting our educational ethos and ensuring the well-being and development of our children.

Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to young children’s developmental needs.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child's individual learning journey.
- Monitor and record children's progress, providing feedback to parents and team members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery.
- Promote positive behavior and social skills among children.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices.
Requirements
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years
- 2+ years of experience within an early years setting
- A genuine passion for teaching and child development
- A nurturing, emotionally intelligent, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement
