Have you had previous management experience? Do you have experience in the delivery of apprenticeships? Tend training and Impact Futures Group are looking to recruit an Assessor/Tutor who has a strong background in delivering up to level 5 standards in Customer Service, Business Administration, and Leadership and Management. This is a remote working position with occasional travelling.
As an Assessor/Tutor you will lead a case load of learners throughout their apprenticeship and support them with their functional skills. You will join a team of dedicated professionals providing apprentices and qualifications to learners in a range of sectors across England.
The role will involve:
- Supporting learners to present evidence, which informs the apprenticeship knowledge, skills and behaviours for EPA.
- Supporting apprentices to achieve their apprenticeship with monthly teaching sessions using a blended delivery approach.
- Monitoring learner progress across their apprenticeship.
- Developing and promoting excellent relationships within stakeholders.
