We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated
Business Administration Apprentice to join our growing office team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in business administration while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
No two days are the same at Rainbow.
You'll learn how a growing organisation operates behind the scenes while helping us deliver outstanding services to our clients, families and community partners.
What you'll be doing
Working alongside our management team, you'll support the day-to-day running of the business, including:
- Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally
- Welcoming visitors and supporting client enquiries
- Managing diaries, appointments and meetings
- Preparing letters, documents and reports
- Maintaining accurate digital records and filing systems
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and staff records
- Assisting with rotas, training administration and compliance
- Updating our business management software (PMSuite)
- Supporting marketing activities and social media
- Helping organise community events and projects
- General office administration and business support
