As an Enrolment Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in our mission at Captiva Learning. Your primary responsibility will be to provide advice and guidance to learners and employers, supporting them through the entire enrolment process. Your role is instrumental in helping individuals and organisations achieve their educational and career goals, making it a key part of our company's mission.

The Team at Captiva Learning offers its stakeholders an in-depth consultation at all levels. With detail-oriented practices at its forefront, you will develop new and existing relationships daily and forge long-term partnerships through your learner and client engagement. Details and Benefits

  • Full-Time Position – Head Office-Based – East London (Stratford)
  • Basic salary up to £35,000 DOE
  • Excellent Bonus Scheme driven by your desire to succeed in our thriving industry, with a structure that offers 1–3‑year OTE of up to £40,000 plus in bonus.
  • 25 Days Annual Leave. 1 extra day’s leave given per year to a maximum of 30 days plus Bank Holidays, plus an extra day off to celebrate your birthday and an annual wellbeing day.
  • Private Health Care on completion of Probation and Wellness Assessments and Electric Car Scheme.
