Do you have a passion for Early Years and making a real impact in the world of apprenticeships? The Childcare Company, part of Impact Futures Group, is looking for a talented Client Partnership Manager with experience in sales for the Early Years sector.

The Role

As a member of our Partnership team, you will engage B2C and BSB with small-to-medium CYP service providers across private, public, and third sectors. Your success will be measured by proactive outreach and the value you create.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead new business activity and develop training solutions.
  • Generate new business through networking, cold calling, proactive promotion, and outbound activities.
  • Plan, pipeline, and adopt persuasive approaches and pitches.
  • Attend industry functions and conferences to grow pipeline and provide market insights.
  • Develop client proposals using a consultative approach.
  • Identify and develop unique selling propositions for Impact Futures, The Childcare Company and FRFA.

What This Role Does Not Involve

  • Enrolment, learner recruitment, bid writing & tenders, marketing, account management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Significant track record of sales within the Early Years sector, achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge and experience in the healthcare, commercial, and broader education & training markets.
  • Understanding of private, public and third sector contexts.
  • Knowledge of FE funding, especially apprenticeships, in England.
  • Experience developing and presenting bespoke solutions through a consultative approach.
  • Ability to plan, track, and close a sales process.
  • Proven ability to generate business via cold calling, networking and leveraging contacts.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence and means of transport.
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
