You'll work across a wide variety of industries—from construction sites to hospitals, schools to care homes—delivering essential training and empowering learners with confidence, knowledge, and critical life skills that stick.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • As a Regional Trainer, you’ll take ownership of delivering high-quality training, including:
    • Mandatory Courses: First Aid (Adult & Paediatric), Fire Safety, Manual Handling, People Moving & Handling (including Train-the-Trainer courses) utilising provided resources.
    • CPD & Specialist Training: Mental Health Awareness, Safeguarding Adults & Children.
    • Bespoke Delivery: Tailor training content to meet the unique needs of each client—making learning memorable, relevant, and engaging.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our leadership team to continuously enhance our training offering and keep things fresh and impactful.

You’ll be delivering pre-developed materials, but we encourage your personality and creativity to shine through, making sessions enjoyable and impactful for every learner.

About You

You’re someone who brings energy, passion, and structure to every session. You love engaging with people, are highly organised, and take pride in delivering meaningful training.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • A recognised teaching qualification – PTLLS/AET or equivalent
  • A valid First Aid at Work certificate
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong time management and organisational skills
  • Proven experience in delivering training and working across multiple industries
  • A current Enhanced DBS check

Desirable Skills & Expertise

  • Experience in residential childcare
  • A specialism in advanced training areas
  • Hold a Level 3 Safeguarding certificate
