Are you passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating opportunities for growth? We're looking for a dynamic Partnership Manager to develop, manage, and strengthen strategic partnerships that drive mutual success to join our team! This is a hybrid-based role that requires attendance to our office in Birmingham or London at least one day a week. You will be expected to participate in any team events or company gatherings as required.
The Role:
As a Partnership Manager, you are the commercial engine behind Impact Futures Group's new business pipeline. Your primary job is to identify, engage, and qualify new partnership opportunities across the care and health sector — generating a consistent flow of well-researched, ready-to-convert leads for the Strategic Partnerships Manager you support. Alongside new business prospecting, you will have an explicit mandate for lapsed account win-back — working from lapsed account lists provided by your Senior Partnerships Manager to re-engage organisations that have previously bought from IFG but have not purchased recently. These are your warmest prospects. You will also play a role in geographic development — running targeted outbound campaigns into white-space regions such as Wales and other underserved areas, as directed by the Head of Partnerships.
This is an outbound, high-activity role that rewards commercial intelligence, resilience, and a genuine curiosity about the organisations you approach. It is also a genuine career launchpad — Partnership Leads who perform have a clear, supported path into a Strategic Partnerships Manager role. This is a primarily remote, home-based role. You will be expected to attend monthly IFG sales team meetings in person at our Birmingham or London offices and to join any relevant team events and company occasions as required. There will be occasions where you attend client meetings, networking events or sector conferences alongside the Senior Partnerships Manager you support and you should be comfortable with occasional travel as part of the role. Flexibility and a willingness to travel are important.
The role will involve:
- Own outbound prospecting across the care and health sector — identifying target organisations, researching decision-makers, and initiating contact via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Execute lapsed account win-back outreach: work from lapsed account lists provided by your Senior Partnerships Manager, re-engaging organisations that have previously bought from IFG across any of the three brands.
- Run geographic targeting campaigns into white-space regions as directed by the Head of Partnerships — opening new conversations in areas where IFG currently has limited commercial presence.
- Qualify every opportunity against agreed criteria before passing to your Senior Partnerships Manager — confirming training need, decision-maker seniority, and opportunity size.
- Book and brief qualified discovery meetings for your Senior Partnerships Manager, providing a clear, structured handover note for every appointment.
- Build and manage your prospecting pipeline in the CRM — accurately staged and updated daily.
- Research target accounts in depth before making contact — understanding their size, CQC registration, staffing profile, and likely training compliance requirements.
- Support marketing campaign follow-up — contacting warm leads generated through digital campaigns, events, and email activity.
- Attend relevant sector events and conferences to generate leads and build awareness of Impact Futures Group.
- Share market intelligence with your Senior Partnerships Manager and the Head of Partnerships — competitor activity, sector trends, emerging opportunities, and lapsed account intelligence gathered during outreach.
