Impact Futures Group have a fantastic new opportunity for a talented individual to join our Marketing team. We're looking for a meticulous, organised, and customer-focused individual with excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude. This is a hybrid-based role that requires attendance to our office in Chiswick 1 to 2 days a month.

The Role:

  • Develop and lead the Group's digital strategy across our commercial and apprenticeship brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Lead, coach and develop the digital team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Take full ownership of digital performance, using analytics, insight and data to drive decision-making, optimise campaigns and improve commercial outcomes.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders, marketing and sales teams to ensure digital activity supports lead generation, pipeline growth and revenue objectives.
  • Oversee the performance of key digital channels, including websites, CRM, paid media, SEO and customer conversion journeys.
  • Ensure robust reporting and performance measurement, identifying opportunities to improve ROI and maximise digital effectiveness.
  • Champion innovation and best practice, ensuring the digital function continues to evolve and deliver exceptional results.

About You:

Essential Experience:

  • Significant experience in a senior digital marketing leadership role with responsibility for strategy, performance and team management.
  • Experience leading multi-channel digital activity focused on lead generation, conversion and revenue growth.
  • Experience using data, analytics and insight to drive decisions, prioritisation and performance improvement.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders to align digital strategy to wider business goals.
  • Experience leading teams and creating clear accountability, direction and high performance standards.

Essential Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong digital leadership capability with the ability to set strategy and translate it into clear priorities.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to connect digital activity to leads, pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels, website performance, CRM, SEO, paid media and conversion optimisation.
  • Excellent analytical skills and confidence using data to challenge, prioritise and improve performance.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience across both apprenticeship or education marketing and commercial brands.
  • Experience in a multi-brand or group structure.
  • Experience leading change, improving digital maturity or reshaping team performance.
