Are you adaptable, confident and looking to grow in your sales career? Flick Learning, part of Impact Futures Group, has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join our team, to help deliver sales campaigns and train to become a Business Development Manager within the course of the first 6-12 months. This role requires regular weekly travel to our office based in Coventry.

The Role will involve:

  • Deliver our email marketing campaign using established templates, which may include some data research
  • Using our online data/lead search software
  • Using our CRM software to follow our sales processes
  • Achieve KPIs regarding output and leads, and eventually sales targets
  • Responding to initial sales enquiries and develop relationships with potential customers
  • Booking in, and eventually delivering, demos for potential customers
  • Learning about the flick brand, learning management system and our range of products and choices in depth
  • Maintaining customer records within the CRM system
  • Develop and deliver your own sales pitch

About You:

  • Confident manner and a strong desire to succeed in sales
  • Strong communication skills – verbally and written
  • Good telephone manner
  • IT proficient, particularly in Microsoft Office
  • Preferably some experience using a CRM system
  • A positive, can-do attitude and approach to work
  • Familiarity with e-learning would be desirable
  • Friendly team player, able to contribute and engage with a small hardworking team
