Do you have a passion for Early Years and making a real impact in the world of apprenticeships? The Childcare Company, part of Impact Futures Group, is looking for a talented Client Partnership Manager with experience in sales for the Early Years sector.

The Role:

  • Engaging on a B2C and B2B basis with small and medium sized CYP service providers in the private, public and third sectors.
  • Developing new client relationships through a consultative sales method while nurturing and growing existing client relationships.
  • Generating and qualifying leads by following a proven prospecting and qualification methodology.
  • Identifying and researching lists of companies to target and creating and delivering outbound campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conducting high-level conversations with key stakeholders about their training needs, uncovering strategies and challenges they may face to develop a solution-based sell.

The role will involve:

  • Leading on new business activity and developing training solutions.
  • Generating new business through networking, cold calling, proactive promotion and any other outbound activity generating interest from prospective clients.
  • Planning, pipelining and adopting persuasive approaches and pitches to ensure Impact Futures stands out above others.
  • Attending industry functions, such as association events and conferences to grow pipeline and present feedback to the wider team regarding market insight and creative trends.
  • Developing client proposals within a consultative approach.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop Impact Futures, The Childcare Company and FRFA's unique selling propositions and differentiators.

About You:

  • Significant and proven sales background within the Early Years sector, with a history of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge and experience of the healthcare sector and commercial and wider education and training market.
  • Knowledge of the Private, public and third sector.
  • Knowledge of the funding FE funding, particularly apprenticeships, landscape in England.
  • Experience of developing and presenting solutions made bespoke to a client’s needs through a consultative approach.
  • Experience of effectively planning and tracking a sales process to achieve success.
  • A proven background in generating business via a variety of proactive, innovative methods inclusive of cold calling, networking, and leveraging and extending existing networks.
  • A full, clean UK Driving Licence and mode of transport.
