The role will work collaboratively with delivery teams, support colleagues, external agencies, and other key stakeholders to coordinate and allocate support resources effectively, ensuring that learner needs are met and that support interventions demonstrably improve engagement, achievement, retention, attendance, wellbeing, and progression.

Through coaching, mentoring, advocacy, and the promotion of inclusive practice, the Aspire Inclusion Coach will foster a culture of high aspirations, equality, and learner-centered support, ensuring all learners are empowered to achieve their full potential.
