Job Description Role: Workshop Engineer – Forklifts Remuneration: Up to £35k+ basic, Realistic OTE up to £41k+ Additional Benefits: Overtime, Vehicle/Allowance, Productivity Bonus, Training, Pension, Health cash plan, Life cover Position -Workshop Engineer – Forklifts Impact Handling are actively recruiting for a workshop engineer to work within a busy depot, you will report into your section manager and will ideally have experience working with materials handling equipment or similar. You could be involved in accurately diagnosing faults with machinery, servicing and repairs/rebuilds. A typical day will consist of working on a variety of equipment ranging from small electric powered machines to large gas/diesel powered forklifts. You will be expected to work independently in a safe manner, you will need to be able to communicate well with internal colleagues and will need to be able to ensure all relevant documentation is completed correctly.
