We’re now looking for a talented and highly organised Primary Systems & Admin Coordinator to join and play a vital role in supporting our business. Guided by our values of integrity, boldness, impact, humility, and community, you will help us shape a workplace and culture we can all be proud of.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration: Build and maintain primary school ordering platforms, onboard and train new clients, distribute accounts/invitation links, manage menu updates, verify menu choices, prepare trip and theme-day menus, and create menu cycles.
- Menu & Calendar Management: Create usable menu templates, check submitted menus, and ensure accuracy across all ordering platforms.
- Collaborations & Meetings: Attend meetings with system partners and internal teams, liaise with Central Admin Team, Mobilisations Director, and Operations Team.
- Communication & Support: Respond to calls, emails, and tickets, handle late orders and cancellations, and liaise with Operations Team and school offices.
