Impact Food Group (IFG) is seeking a Chef Manager for Kemnal Technology College in Sidcup, DA14 5AA. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7am–4pm (45 hours per week) across 42 weeks per year.
You will lead a high-volume kitchen, serving fresh, seasonal meals to hundreds of students daily, while managing your catering team and ensuring standards. You’ll plan menus, control stock and budgets, ensure food hygiene and compliance, and build strong onsite relationships with clients and stakeholders.
