Base Pay Range

£35,000 per year

Overview

Impact Food Group is one of the fastest growing catering companies in the country and was recently awarded Education Caterer of the year at the Foodservice Catey Awards. We feed more children with better food. This role is based at Milbank Academy with a later move to another local site.

Responsibilities

• Cook from scratch using our menu.
• Manage a full kitchen team and order produce.
• Maintain health and safety and food safety compliance.
• Be financially accountable for the unit achieving its GP/COGs.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and food preparation.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate staff.
• Technical cooking skills.
• Ability to work in challenging environments while maintaining high standards.
• Organisational and administrative skills.
• Food hygiene and food preparation qualifications.
