The role…

Job Title: Relief Chef Manager – Chapter One

School Location: Brekshire, West M25, M4/M3 areas

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shifts & Working hours: 7am-43pm (45 hours per week)

Working Weeks: 42 weeks per year ( term time, inset days and 3 additional weeks)

Pay Details: £45,000 per year

Benefits: Bonus potential of up to 10% of salary (Companies Discression),

Your Background…

We’re open to people with great cooking and people management skills. You will be an experienced Chef Manager/ Executive chef from an independent schools background used to cooking using fresh seasonal ingredients at volume, managing your kitchen and liaising directly with onsite clients.

YOu will be able to support with hispitality functions, hospitality for meetings and menu development.

As manager you will head up the team, making sure service runs smoothly and that all due diligence is adhered to.

We’re not in the business of making school food, we’re here to make good food, after all, that’s why our clients and customers love us!
