We are recruiting for a Regional Executive Chef to work with our fantastic team covering a portfolio of schools in our Independent Division - Chapter One. You will assist with the training and development of our onsite chefs, cover sickness across our sites and be part of the mobilisation team. Due to this being an area role, you will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

The role:

  • Area Covering: London to Watford & surrounding Areas
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Shifts & Working hours: 45 hours per week
  • Working Weeks: 52 weeks per year (5.6 weeks holiday)
  • Pay Details: £50,000 per year plus car allowance £3840 (£320 per month)

Due to continued business growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Support Chef Manager to join our team. Geographically, you will support the Development Chef across our Chapter One - Independent Schools brand across their portfolio of sites. You will need executive chef/chef management experience from Independent education, a passion for food and service, and craft skills to support in the kitchen when needed. You will also be self-motivated, resilient, and highly organised; with an understanding of how to prioritise effectively.
