Impact Food Group (IFG) is seeking an experienced Operations Support Manager to oversee a portfolio of sites across Oxford and surrounding areas.

You will report to the Operations Manager and lead Chef Managers and site teams, with occasional hands-on kitchen support.

The role focuses on balancing profitability with quality and service, building strong client relationships, and ensuring consistent performance across multiple sites.
