Due to continued business growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for Nutritionist to join the brilliant Food Team with a focus on providing support to the wider business. You will join a growing Food team that is making a real impact on the success of Impact Food Group. What you will be doing Working closely with the Head of Nutrition, and across both state and independent education sectors, you will help drive and promote nutrition within the business. You will be an expert in nutrition with an interest and passion for promoting good nutrition in the education sector. Duties are as follows * Work closely with the Head of Nutrition and Food Team to showcase IFG’s expertise in Nutrition and what a key part it plays in our overall food offer. * Be an expert in nutrition and a knowledgeable point of contact for the business, supporting operations, marketing and sales as required. * Play a key role in the development of the health & wellbeing programme for the business, leading on running added value events for all sectors of the business. * Running and supporting with on-site events, such as workshops, assemblies, tasters, cooking sessions etc * Ensure compliance with all current and future Government guidelines, standards and legislation, while looking at how IFG can go beyond these to provide a market leading food offer. * Conduct regular nutritional analysis of menus to assess their compliance with dietary requirements, make recommendations and adjustments as needed. * Supporting with the management of allergies within the business, including creation of the allergy aware menu, answering queries and training. * Educate and support IFG staff in nutrition, allergens and menu development * Support with gaining accreditations across the business in relation to food and nutrition, e.g FFL, Healthy Eating Awards * Support with the development, implementation and updating of company policies in relation to food and nutrition. * Management of dedicated nutrition team inbox and supporting with queries from operations teams, parents, schools and clients. What we are looking for * Bsc (hons) in Nutrition, Dietetics or related degree * Registered Associate (ANutr) / Registered Nutritionist (RNutr) with the AfN or Registered Dietician (RD) * Passionate about driving positive change and keeping up to date with current nutrition research * Excellent presentation and communication skills * Experience with nutritional analysis systems * Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills * Full, clean driving licence & ability to travel What We’d Love To Give You Competitive salary 25 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays Company pension scheme.
