About the role:
- School Location: St Pauls Cathedral School, EC4M 9AD
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Shifts & Working hours: 6am-3pm / 7am-4pm (40 hours per week)
- Working Weeks: 42 weeks per year (term time plus inset days)
- Pay Details: £37,000 per year
What will I be doing?
- Assisting the onsite Exec Chef/ Chef Manager with the preparation of the main meals, hospitality & events at the site
- Working using fresh seasonal ingredients cooking for a volume of up to 350
- Keeping the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
